• Log in to Online Banking.
• Click the Statements tab and select GCMB Online Statements.
• Select eStatement as your preferred delivery preference and enter your email address.
• Click Finish, which is located in the bottom right-hand corner.

It is important to keep your email address current to ensure we can notify you when your eStatements are available. If your email address needs to be amended, please contact us on 1300 364 400 (9.00am - 5.00pm weekdays).

If you need to update your email address in Online Banking, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Click the Settings and Security tab on the top navigation bar. Then select the Contact Details option. 
3. Update your email address in the Email Address field and click Update.
