To log into your Online Banking you need to provide your Member Number and your Access Code which is a unique code chosen by you. We encourage you to set up a strong Access Code greater than 12 characters long, a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and other symbols. Never create them with sequential number patterns, your birthday date, your anniversary or personal information which is easy to guess. Additionally, we will need you to verify with an SMS One Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to your registered mobile number.

It's a free and easy to use service that uses your mobile phone to provide you with an extra layer of security. It provides a once-only password (the One Time Password) which is generated and sent to your mobile phone when logging into Online Banking, and to complete certain transactions.
As a security measure, your Online Banking will automatically time-out after a period of 20 minutes of it being not used. This protects your account against any unauthorised activity in the event that your session is left unattended. You should always log out of your Online Banking session after you have finished using it.
Every member registered for Online Banking is set to a maximum daily limit on electronic funds that they can transfers to other financial institutions. You can change this limit to a level that meets your daily transactional needs. Multiple sessions are not allowed for the same member, which means you cannot log onto a tablet and your PC at the same time. It is important that you log out of the Online Banking session from one device before you start another session on another device. Attempting to open multiple sessions of Online Banking will automatically log off any existing session.
It is your responsibility to ensure you protect your system by having a Firewall, which protects your PC against intrusion. We also recommend installing an Antivirus and Adware/Spyware software program with an auto update feature.
By installing anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall security software on your computer and ensuring regular automatic updates are enabled, you can help to keep your computer protected against external attacks by viruses, worms or hackers.
