You will need the latest version of the app to continue using the service and to access additional features. The latest version of our Mobile App enables us to offer digital cards and gives you greater card security controls, such as, set or change your PIN, temporarily lock your card, and manage your local and international preferences for purchases and ATM withdrawals.
What do I need to do?
- If the default ‘Automatic Updates’ setting is active, the update should run automatically.
- If you have disabled ‘Automatic Updates’, you will need to manually update to the latest version of our Mobile App in the relevant app store for your device:
What happens if I do not update Mobile App?
Older versions of our Mobile App may be unsupported or offer reduced functionality, which means that you may be unable to connect to our banking services if you do not update to the latest version. To take advantage of the new features available and prevent any disruption of service, we recommend updating to the latest version as soon as possible.
