“Thank you” for making Barnardos Australia’s Matched Giving Appeal such a success. Launched on #GivingTuesday (1 December 2020) the target was to raise $24,000 in 24 hours. The Australian Mutuals Foundation (AMF) matched every dollar donated and extended the donation timeframe from 24 to 48 hours.
We are delighted to announce that $23,901 was raised in 48 hours! By supporting this appeal, you have helped to transform lives. Your donation will help children heal from trauma and begin to enjoy a safe and happy childhood.
During December, we also partnered with the AMF to support the Barnardos Australia’s Christmas Gift Appeal 2020, for which a total of 58 toys worth $1,447 were donated.
