As we mark our 65th year of serving our members, G&C Mutual Bank is proud to recognise the outstanding achievements of our employees in our staff recognition program. The program celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to our values, leadership, innovation, risk management, and sustainability practices. The Executive team reviewed each submission, and selected the winners in each category.
Sanjana S, Business Improvement Analyst, was awarded the iInnovate Award for her tireless efforts in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Her dedication to learning and implementing process improvements has resulted in significant efficiencies and benefits for our members.
Matthew T, Manager - IT Operations and Vendor Management, received the iProtect Award for his outstanding contributions to our risk management framework. His proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks has enhanced our overall risk posture and protected our members' interests.
Jason P, IT Operations Officer, was recognised with the iSustain Award for his commitment to championing sustainability practices within our organisation. His efforts have helped to promote a culture of environmental responsibility and social awareness.
Vineet G, Member Relationship Officer, was awarded the iDevelop Award for his remarkable growth and development in his role. Vineet has quickly become a knowledgeable and dependable member of our team, consistently delivering exceptional service to our members. Sunshine L also received the iDevelop Award in recognition of her commitment and drive to expanding her knowledge and understanding of Risk & Compliance, while maintaining her existing P&C responsibilities.
We are pleased to recognise two outstanding leaders who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to our values. Raji R, Team Leader - Lending, and Nicole N, Manager – Service and Business Improvement, were both awarded the iLead Award for their inspirational leadership, vision, and impact on our organisation.
Sree V, Member Relationship Officer, was named our Values Champion for receiving the most nominations to our monthly iAppreciate Award. The monthly iAppreciate Award is made up of staff nominations and member compliments and recognises those who demonstrate our values, maintain risk awareness, and build an environment of community and inclusion. Sree received the most staff nominations and member compliments throughout the year.
