The Gold Awards judging process used RateCity’s unique Real Time Ratings™ system, which gives every product and lender in the database a score out of five, based on cost and flexibility features, and is calculated daily to capture changes as they happen.
Using the average of these scores over a three-month period, RateCity recognises consistent top performers with a RateCity Gold Award.
