We're delighted to announce the recipient for April 2022. Congratulations, Bethany O'Leary!
Bethany O'Leary,
Manager, Policy and Governance (Control Centres)
Her peers describe Bethany as "faultlessly committed to her team", as she goes above and beyond her role duties to assist the broader Control Centre team where and when she can.
On winning the Employee of the Month award, Bethany said “I'm embarrassed to win Employee of the Month to be honest,”. She says “I'm embarrassed because for me, it's a team effort and everybody in the Control Centres deserve to be recognised for their efforts.”
“In our management team we care about each other a lot and I couldn't do what I do without their support.” Bethany said.

Each month, NSW Ambulance employees nominate a colleague for the Employee of the Month Award, which is proudly sponsored by G&C Mutual Bank. The award recognises those who go above and beyond for their team and the community.
We are proud to sponsor the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Month Awards and have been doing so for over a decade. Employee of the Month winners receive a $250 G&C Mutual Bank savings account, and they have the opportunity to receive a further $2,000 G&C Mutual Bank savings account for the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Year Award. The recipient of the Employee of the Year Award will be chosen from the 2022 Honour Roll of Employees of the Month.
