On being nominated for the Employee of the Month award, Drew said “It feels really good”. Drew says “You don't do this job to get recognised, but at the same time, it's still nice to get acknowledged.”
Drew has developed fleet tracking software for Western Sydney Nepean Blue Mountains Sector, to provide live tracking on the status of NSW Ambulance vehicles.
"Before joining NSW Ambulance I was a software engineer working on renewable energy systems" he said. "I've been fortunate to have people around me at NSW Ambulance who recognised and encouraged me to make good use of my skill-set."
The staff who nominated Drew for the Employee of the Month award say that "His commitment to enhancing the service delivery of NSW Ambulance is inspiring and above and beyond expectations."

Each month, NSW Ambulance employees nominate a colleague for the Employee of the Month Award, which is proudly sponsored by G&C Mutual Bank. The award recognises those who go above and beyond for their team and the community.
