Ben H, Health Relationship Manager
Congratulations to Ben, Employee of the Month for July 2024. With nearly 21 years of service, Ben has worked tirelessly as Health Relationship Manager to expand the Mid North Coast Local Health District's (MNCLHD) Virtual Care model.
Ben's collaboration with MNCLHD enabled patients to receive care at home, reducing emergency department presentations. This initiative won the Governing Board Chair Award. Acting Chief Executive Jill Wong praised Ben's "indispensable" leadership. Ben expressed surprise and gratitude, saying, "I'm very surprised, thankful, and appreciative."

Gail F, Advanced Life Support Officer
Congratulations to Gail, recognized as the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Month for August 2024. With 35 years of service, Gail has been instrumental in the Influenza Vaccination Program, working tirelessly to vaccinate across Central Coast and North Sydney (CCNS) and Sydney, Sydney South East (SSE) sectors.
Gail's dedication to governance and compliance has earned recognition from managers. She emphasizes teamwork, saying, "I work with an amazing team who understand staff may have different barriers to accessing annual Fluvax." Gail donates her prize money to Street Side Medics and Leukemia research.
