Kylie M, Program Manager - Strategic Implementation
Kylie joined NSW Ambulance in 1998, now as Program Manager, Strategic Implementation "I work closely with program delivery resources to track, monitor, and report aspects of strategic programs. This includes benefits realisation, opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiencies, and program documentation to support our external reporting requirements. My passion is drilling into data and using our data to inform a story on change outcomes.”
“Some of my major achievements that I am proud of is being part of the start-up team introducing Ambulance Management Qualification (AMQ), being a member of the implementation team for the Statewide Workforce Enhancement Program (SWEP), delivering 750 additional paramedics and emergency medical call takers over the 4-year program. I am now part of the team working to operationalise the enhancements under the SWIFT investment."
“I would like to acknowledge the terrific teams I work with. Our achievements are a whole team effort!” said Kylie.
Kylie received $250 in prize money from G&C Mutual Bank and has the opportunity to receive a further $2,000 in prize money from G&C Mutual Bank for the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Year Award. The recipient of the Employee of the Year Award will be chosen from the 2024 Honour Roll of Employees of the Month. G&C Mutual Bank has sponsored the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year Awards for over a decade.
