Kevin Booth, Paramedic Specialist – Bowral Station
Kevin is an Advanced Life Support Paramedic at Bowral Station who has consistently gone above and beyond his duties to support local Community First Responders (CFRs) and his colleagues on station.
“I’ve learned a lot from my colleagues throughout my career. We’ve got a great bunch of paramedics in the service with amazing professional and life experience. I really enjoy going to work every day.”
Kevin said he was proud and surprised to be chosen as Employee of the Month for September.

Congratulations Trent Crosdale
Trent Crosdale, Intensive Care Paramedic - Cardiff and Birmingham Garden Stations
Trent is an Intensive Care Paramedic working out of Cardiff and Birmingham Garden Stations in Hunter & New England region. Trent recently took the initiative to coordinate a multi-agency road rescue training exercise for local paramedics. “We hadn’t run this kind of training exercise for a while, so I got together a great local team of paramedics to plan it”. I was just trying to fill a gap and make sure we are as prepared as we can be for these kind of major incidents when they occur. ”
Trent said he was surprised to be chosen as Employee of the Month for October. “I didn’t expect it at all”.

Congratulations Chris Smith
Chris Smith, A/Paramedic Educator
Chris manages the Extended Care Paramedic (ECP) curriculum and Clinical Advice Line. He worked to enhance the ECP course for all NSW Ambulance employees.
Kevin, Trent, and Chris each received $250 in prize money from G&C Mutual Bank and have the opportunity to receive a further $2,000 in prize money from G&C Mutual Bank for the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Year Award. The recipient of the Employee of the Year Award will be chosen from the 2023 Honour Roll of Employees of the Month. G&C Mutual Bank has sponsored the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year Awards for over a decade. It’s our way of thanking NSW Ambulance employees for their service to the community.
