The Parramatta Service Centre for G&C Mutual Bank will be officially closed on October 11, 2024. This decision is a continuation of changes that have occurred over the last few years. In 2019, our Parramatta Service Centre became a cashless facility and following the COVID lockdowns in 2021 has remained closed to in-person member services, instead being used as a back office location. With the lease for Parramatta coming to an end, we have decided to formally decommission this location.
In response to the continued decline of in-person transactions, as reported by COBA, the average Australian consumer continues to move their banking online. We have introduced many compatible payment platforms in line with this evolution, such as Osko and PayID.

Bank@Post: Use your Visa card to transact at over 3,300 Australia Post outlets around the nation displaying the Bank@Post sign.
