We are always striving to enhance member experience and the launch of our new Mobile App in late 2022 was an important milestone, paving the way for future digital payment enhancements.

Please note that our old Mobile App will no longer be supported as of 30 April, 2023. Members are reminded to update to our new Mobile App which features a modernised design and updated navigation, more consistent with our other digital channels. It is an easy and secure way to manage your finances on the go.

You can use your compatible device to conveniently check your accounts, pay a bill, transfer funds or make and receive real time payments using the New Payments Platform, including PayID and Osko. You can set up a quick balance view or create a savings goal to help track your progress.

Our new Mobile App is available in the App Store and Google Play Store and is set to auto update by default, however, if you have disabled auto updates you will need to manually update via the relevant app store for your device. Please note that existing Mobile App users with a four digit PIN/Pattern may be prompted to select a six digit PIN/Pattern upon updating the Mobile App.

If you're not already using our Mobile App, it's easy to get started. Download our Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in using your current Online Banking login and password details. If you are not currently registered for Online Banking, we're ready to help you. Please refer to our Mobile App page and FAQs for more information.
