As part of our commitment to continually enhance your online banking experience and security, we have released an updated version of our Mobile App. You will need the latest version of the app to continue using the service from 18 May 2020.
What do I need to do?
- If you have disabled ‘Automatic Updates’, simply click either the Android or Apple link provided below to manually update to the latest version of our Mobile App:
- If the default ‘Automatic Updates’ setting is active, the update should run automatically.
What happens if I do not update Mobile App?
Older versions of our Mobile App will be unsupported from Monday 18 May 2020, which means that you will be unable to connect to our banking services if you do not update to the latest version before this date. To prevent any disruption of service, we recommend immediately updating to the latest version, available now.
